项目东临照母山森林公园，受L形人工水库环绕，看到自然，又有很少的视野宽度。地形高差65米，是典型的有山有水的坡地地貌。

 Surrounding by "L" character artificial reservoir, the project faces the Zhaomu Mountain Forest Park on the east. On the 65m height, you will have a broad vision on the gorgeous mountains and rivers.

整个小区以法式建筑风格为主等新古典设计手法创造出北部新区独一无二的建筑立面形式，因此建筑设计力求横向分段与纵向线条、平面与立面空间的和谐统一，建筑单体与景观设计的和谐统一。

The whole village is given priority to with French style new classical design methods such as creating a unique form of building facade in chongqing new north zone (CNNZ), so building design to vertical section and horizontal line, plane and elevation space is harmonious and unified, the harmony of single architectural and landscape design.

 建筑师将地势低处直接打造成亲水高品质住宅建筑，地势较高处规划近观水景远眺山景的建筑，中间部分为近水区域，形成三个层级区域。

 High quality buildings are lived on low-lying where you could view waterscape closely and overlook mountain scene. With the middle pool part, the whole building is designed in 3-tier.

 空间景观设计规划依照场地地势布置，景观通廊利用长度换取景观空间，将水景引介至场地内部，即可远眺湖景，也可顺街道两旁一览美景。景观大道蜿蜒依附于场地之中，拉长景观展示面。

According to the topography, corridor is designed for landscape space. Introducing waterscape to inside, you can get a great view of lake and surroundings.

地块中部横跨两端设置林荫大道，连接地块整体，并形成强烈的空间与景观秩序，又在林荫大道上设置景观节点，作为组团的入口，独立的景观步道与车行道分流，形成立体交通层次。

Through blocks with boulevard on each side, one of the first characteristics is a strong sense of vertical and landscape order. The notes of garden on the boulevard give the unique vision. On the entrance of the villa, independent footpaths and roadways form a vertical traffic network.

为了进一步消除建筑本身的体量感，并对其平整的天际线进行优化处理。根据山坡台地的处理，使得建筑整体体量高低错落，富于变化，加上精致的细部处理，使建筑获得极佳的形体效果。

将建筑融于山水之中。建筑形象与环境协调融合是立面造型设计的宗旨。外立面色彩典雅清新，利用暖色作为主色调，以法式风格与新古典相结合的立面形态，点缀在自然中，以一种谦逊的姿态与自然相处。

Facade color is elegant and pure and fresh, use warm color as the main tonal, to French style combined with neoclassical facade form, ornament in nature, and nature get along with a humble attitude.
