规划中通过横穿地块中间的步行街连接两端的主要商业人流入口，步行街两旁设置临街商店及百货公司，形成向内的人流聚集。地块临主干道向外，设置对外营业的还迁商铺、酒店及写字楼。

It will be featured a mix used of night life entertainments, high-class outdoor stage restaurant, theaters and international skating rink, where can be quickly and conveniently reached by quick rail lift. The underground will be the fashionable T stage where will hold an abundant of activities to cater customers.
