项目用地为典型的重庆坡地地貌，别墅住宅顺应而建，犹如飘落山谷的落叶，错落逸景，动静有致。为形成闹中取静的氛围，大门改由主干道转折进入，减少了车辆行人的噪声和其他影响。在取景上，也刻意巧借周边住宅项目的高尔夫球场及城市公园成熟绿地景观，小区内充分利用场地自然的坡度走势和水文，营造多方位地景观节点、多层次的景观渗透，并保留地块中的原始水塘和景桥。

Murray Hill Villa is built on slopping fields feature, as the meandering fallen leaves. In order to reduce the traffic noise and other influence, the gate is hided in arterial road turning.
