城市的复兴／ A URBAN RENAISSANCE  

本世纪的第二个十年，大连作为中国东北部曾经最重要的港口城市及经济支点，在整个区域经济与制船业双重衰退的背景下，对未来的发展产生了担忧与焦虑。当地政府及时的意识到问题的存在，并于2014年开始着力于对“金普自贸新区“（FTZ）的开发，寄期望其重新唤醒城市的全面的升级与复兴。

Past decade of this century,   Dalian as a the important port city and economic support hub in northeast of china has experienced recession by economic and shipbuilding industry. The local government was aware of the problem in a timely manner, and began to focus on the development of JinPu FTZ in 2014, hoping that it would awaken the city's overall upgrading and renaissance.

 一个崭新的开端／ A GREAT BEGINNING 

小窑湾国际商务区是以“一带三湾四区”为城市整体空间发展结构的重要组成部分，西接大窑湾保税港区，东临金石滩国家旅游度假区，北依广阔腹地，是通往东北地区的门户，是大连北进战略的核心区之一。他的开发建设将对拓展大连城市和产业发展空间、完善大连国际航运中心功能、实现国际化城市与现代产业良性互动、从而推动金普新区在这个崭新起点上的高效且可持续发展。

“舞动”的轴线 DYNAMIC CITY AXIS

在城市设计角度，BLUETEAM用富韵律的轴线重新定义城市与滨海景观的双重界面，使他们对话和关联。它的形态生成于基地的退线和限高、与周边建筑体量的关系以及对地下轨道交通设施的退让。活跃的建筑边界孕育出形态各异的景观和停留空间，并使它们有机串联。

From the point of urban design, BLUETEAM redefines the urban and coastal landscape with  two rhythmic axis, enabling them to talk and relate. its geometry derived from considerations including site setback and heights limits, relationship to the existing buildings and also allowances for urban underground traffic infrastructure.

The abundant architectural boundaries breed landscapes with different shapes and spaces, and organically connect them in series.

视觉连通器 VISUAL CONNECTED VESSEL

规划打破常规对壮丽海景的贪婪，而是还以城市与自然景观之间通畅的视觉走廊，使后续建设得以滨海美景与优良的通风. 建筑将作为城市与海滩的视觉连通器，是自然与未来新城之间最好的沟通场所。

Planning to break the normal procedure the magnificent sea view of greeding, but also to the smooth visual corridor between the city and the natural landscape, the subsequent construction of Seaside to beauty and good ventilation. The building will serve as the city and the beach is a natural visual communicating device, and communication between the field of the best city.

市的舞台 A CITY STAGE

国际金融中央公园恰好处于滨海公共空间系统里一个重要节点，不同于周边大部分建筑的垂直化表达，建筑以一种更加水平的姿态融入基地。建筑由地面向上分为三个层次，分别是底层的商业服务空间， 上部的办公以及  内部的夹层一个全时间开放的城市艺术广场，将城市引入到建筑内，上下层之间的缝隙提供了一个独特的欣赏海滩和大连城市历史建筑的景框。夹层空间则将成为一个天然的大型“城市舞台”，而两个城市超高层是其独特壮观的舞台背景。

 The central park of international finance happens to be an important node in the binhai public space system, Instead of the vertical expression of most of the surrounding buildings, the building blends into the base with a more horizontal attitude. The building is divided into three levels by the ground, which is the business service space at the bottom, the upper part of the office and the internal mezzanine are an open city art plaza, introducing the city into the building, the gap between the upper and lower layers provides a unique view of the beach and the city's historic buildings. The mezzanine space will be a large, natural "city stage", and the two cities' super high level is its unique and spectacular stage background.

通向海洋的邀请函/ An invitation to the sea

“海之舞”国际金融中央公园（IFP）的办公楼群本身即是一道风景。在浩瀚无垠的大海面前，建筑体延伸向前的趋势，如同一封通向海洋的邀请函，公众可以沿着绿径在屋顶与地面间愉悦穿行。楼与楼之间清晰的分割与联系给予各个办公空间独立的可识别性。办公与商业之间的夹层，在这里设计了活泼生动的公共空间，连接着办公区或休闲区。

The office block of the international finance central park (IFP), the dance of the sea, is itself a scene. In front of the vast expanse of the sea, the building stretches forward like an invitation to the sea, where the public can walk along the green path between the roof and the ground. Clear segmentation and contact between buildings and buildings give individual office space independent recognition. The mezzanine between office and business is designed to be a lively public space that connects the office area or the leisure area.

空间、功能的新突破  New breakthroughs in space and function

根据舞动的轴线对商业界面进退形成了屋顶文化广场和中庭绿化广场，让室外景观化并与室内空间共存，引入室内更多的采光、景观与通风，给予公众多层次的建筑体验与空间感，为大连创造一个充满启发性的办公环境。

人群通过商业裙房很容易抵达屋顶文化广场和中庭绿化广场，这些开放空间是公众活动集中的场所。

内部流线与室外空间在中心庭院发生重叠，连廊在不同建筑体量、不同层高和室内外之间游走，这些体量围合与空间序列，功能性和游走性的完美平衡，是对当代办公楼“面积效率至上”的法则的突破。是对空间、品质、效率更高追求的体现。

According to the dancing axis of the commercial interface , the roof culture square and the atrium green square are formed ,which makes landscape with indoor and outdoor space coexist, introduces indoor lighting, landscape and ventilation, more multi-level architectural experience and to the public space, to create a full of inspirational for dalian office environment

It is easy to get to the rooftop culture square and atrium greening square through the commercial

Skirt room ,which is the place where the public activities are concentrated.

Internal flow and the outdoor space in the central countyard overlap nest between different building size ,height ,and indoor and outdoor ,surrounded the dimension and space sequence ,functionality and the perfect balance of the wandering is the contemporary office building of the law of  "efficiency first" area. It is to the space, the quality, the efficiency higher pursue the embodiment.
