建筑是特定地域里生长出来的蘑菇。中国大量出现的开发区大批量新城项目，如何体现文化传承，新的商业与居住文明，自然生态和人文生态、自然环境和人工环境、物质文明和精神文明高度统一，可持续发展的当代理想城市住区，成为建筑师的思考。

项目地处西安渭河南岸草滩生态产业园，依托良好的自然环境，规划意图打造现代产业及生活休闲高地。

Architecture is the mushroom which grows from particular region. Mass new towns are arising in development area. The architect considers project in cultural history, new commercial and residential civilization, natural and human ecology, natural and artificial environment, material and spiritual civilization, contemporary ideal urban residential with sustainable development. This architect is one of eco-industrial park buildings in south of the Wei River. This project is as beautiful as relying on natural environment, and yet it worth be a modern industry and a new manifestation of modern life style of leisure.

Inspiring from ancient residential courtyard, the architect transforms enclosed space to green air courtyard. The new style of courtyard becomes the marrow of the modern community.

丰富城区园林绿化的空间结构层次和城市立体景观艺术效果，有助于进一步增加城市绿量，减少热岛效应，洗尘、减少噪音和有害气体，营造和改善城区生态环境。屋顶走廊则是本案专门设计于SOHO商住楼与社区商业之间的一条步行系统，辅助以屋顶室外会所，并以连翘连接各商业、住宅，打造成一条绿色生态空中休憩通道，构建新的和谐邻里关系。

Enriching landscape structure and vertical artistic helps to increase green quantity, decrease heat island effect, deduce noise and noxious gas. The urban ecological environment has been improved. Roof corridor is specially designed as a walk system between SOHO and commercial communities. Connecting outdoor clubs with commercial area and residences are harmonized with the green ecology environment in the air.

建筑师从中国古老的里坊式庭院汲取灵感，改变庭院的围和方式，得到绿色空中庭院，开发性创新庭院，使庭院文化成为当代社区的建筑骨髓。
