全新的城市轴线，承接规划通廊，定义出智慧核心区，拥有复合功能的城市智慧环，整合被街道隔断的街区。结合地下交通，以TOD（交通指引发展）模式打造CITY hub，链接会议中心、云湖景观区、创新孵化集群，是全方位展示信息科技、旅游观光、步行交通的共同舞台。

线性商业公园（linear park）取寓于黄河曲折，衔接研发孵化集群、云谷核心区、云湖科技公园。公园提供丰富的交流平台与宜人的微气候，将自然景观引入到场地内，提供一个全天候开放的城市舞台。

Linear Commercial Park define as twists and turns of Yellow River, convergence research, development incubation cluster, Cloud Valley core area and Science Park. The Park provides a nice place to communicate and pleasant microclimate, lead the natural into the building also offering an 24-hours service open City Arena.

高层建筑成为城市剪影，为地块屏蔽来自周边设施的影响。高度和密度沿轴线依次降低，打开了通往云湖的视觉通廊。

The high-rise building becomes the city silhouette, which shields the block from the surrounding facilities. The height and density are lowered along the axis, opening the visual corridor leading to Cloud lake.

The east side is the Science Park of Cloudlake, great geographical conditions constructs the regional ecology core. You can enjoy the life here. The Visitor Reception Center offers AR display to experience the future scientific and technological achievements.

空中慢跑道 A+ Gallery和露天影院，组成多层次的活动空间，丰富了园区的生活。

明德街北侧的国际公寓由6栋板式建筑组成，拥有良好的通风采光，和屋顶退台。 C+plus商业公园由带有生态屋面的ARGOS实体店组成，科技馆、亲子乐园、时尚名品店等商业服务设施应有尽有，满足不同人群的全方位需要。
